We had a lovely time for a recent event with my family and sisters and enjoyed every minute staying at that hotel. So convenient to walk along the river and convenient to our venues right downtown. Would stay here again

Overall, the hotel was average but a few things stood out to our group. First, the property could use some TLC. Our bathroom tiles were cracked and shifted under our feet when stepping on them. Also, a member of our group with vision impairment greatly struggled navigating through the lobby given the dim lighting. The pool was tiny (and freezing!), making it difficult for multiple families to enjoy the space at the same time. We did, however, appreciate the outdoor patio, basketball court, and mini golf course that was available in back. It was under utilized and great space for families to gather.

Double queen suite was very comfortable and spacious for our family’s stay. Close to downtown and the river, lots to walk to. Beds very comfortable. Pool and hot tub nice- a bit small but we loved hanging out there regardless. Easy check in and check out.

The room was clean and having a stove, dishwasher, and full size fridge was great. The mattress was very firm. The living room tv was mounted at knee level, which made it difficult to watch and very accessible to being broken by kids.

The hotel and surrounding property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional and very personable. I also liked the fact they are so accepting and accommodating with regard to pets. My grandson was getting a serious hospital procedure done tomorrow. So we found a hotel near the hospital, where family and his dog could join him for the night before. It allowed us all to laugh and have some fun memories before the big event. Thank you for the great experience.

This is our second time staying and it wasn't the greatest. We could easily hear the people in the room above us. They came back to the room around midnight and were extremely loud. A kid must of fell off the bed at 3am as we heard a loud crash followed by a lot of crying. We came down for breakfast at 8 and everything was empty but there was one guy stocking up a few things. Multiple groups came down to find nothing left. The pool was ok but super cold and small. The room overall was clean and nice, as was the hotel.

We cam for a family weekend me, my spouse and teen daughter to visit my sons who live in La Crosse. So we got the 2 bedroom. Nice layout. Though kitchen jad no dishes or anything to actually prepare any food. The room was old. Stains on carpet and furniture. When we went to go to bed 1st night, the beds were both full of black haur on sheets and pillows. We called to get them changed and staff said, sorry no other rooms available. We had to ask them to just change sheets! The morning when we were leaving, we had run out of clean towels and went to front desk to get 2 towels. They said they were all out of towels but were working on it. My spouse told them to get us pool towels so we could shower before traveling. Location is nice but lots of homeless live across the street from hotel from their cars.

The service and room were good, but something really needs to be done about the homlessness in front of the hotel on the road. Any time of the day, either looking out our window or leaving the property there were homeless people walking around the property. It's not that we felt unsafe, because they never bothered us, but the day we left, there was an older lady undressing on the road by her car, with just her bra and shorts on which was directly in front of the hotel. Some people with children would find this disgusting and offensive.

Very nice area, located right by the river! The room was very spacious. The front desk staff were all very kind. Breakfast staff were also phenomenal and kind to us and our children! Will definitely stay again when visiting LaCrose.
