My only complaint about the hotel was the very very strong smell of air freshener. The elevator was so intense. Our room too, but luckily later during the day, that lessened. I had a headache the first day of our stay from the strong perfume smell. My family agreed.

Pros: clean, staff nice, valet was great and food really good and reasonably priced. Cons: too much starch on sheets and pillows- hard to sleep when it sounds like you are rolling around on plastic bags. Beer selection poor also. Really disliked when I book 2 rooms they put is 2 floors apart and you need a key for each floor for safety which is good but ridiculous that they would separate families especially when I booked months in advance. Overall good stay

The parking was confusing. You have to park in a different parking ramp and walk through a functioning office building to access the hotel. This was difficult with dogs but it is only temporary due to construction. This hotel is otherwise phenomenal. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. The restaurant/bar was amazing, the best cheese curds i have ever had in my life, and they had a decent selection. My kids loved staying here and the staff was very welcoming of them. I 100% recommend this hotel.
