My best friend and I had a girls night away from our kids and this looked like the perfect place to stay. The building was convenient to our downtown restaurant and was very clean. I would love to give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that the air conditioning in our room did not work. The fan would blow but the temperature never came down, despite setting it to the lowest cool setting. I attempted to call Guest Services/front dest several times to report the issue but did not receive an answer to my calls. This led to a very uncomfortable night of sleep. We were both disappointed when we slept so poorly because of the sticky, hot room temperature. When I mentioned this at checkout the next morning, the concierge did not apologize in the slightest but wrote down a note on our key card to check the a/c. This felt very rude and dismissive to our concerns. For this reason, I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family that come into town. We were really hoping for a great night away from the kids (which we rarely get) and instead slept much worse than at home.

Only one main complaint- the outside doors are locked at night, even at 10 pm and the only way in is to call the main Marriott reservation line and then get transfer. We were stuck outside during a thunderstorm with another family with a young child. Seems like having a person at the door or a key fab would be beneficial. Otherwise a very nice hotel for a reasonable price.

The property was clean. Check in took 45 minutes. Since check in took so long we didn’t know that the ac didn’t work because we had to leave right away to get to the concert we were going to. Had maintenance there at 11:30pm to fix it. First night away with my husband after having 2 children. The hotel manager was very very rude. Refused to compensate us or switch us rooms because we booked though Expedia.
