Thomas at the front desk was amazing. He went above and beyond for me and my kiddos. He checked all of our bags happily and when we were ready to leave my kiddo asked for some paper to entertain her in the car. He not only gave her a sheet of paper, but took out a few sheets and made a little book for each of my kiddos to draw and write in on our 2+ hour trip home.

We booked several rooms for for a family get together and the front desk really messed up the check-ins. They gave me a room key to a room that was occupied, reassigned rooms, gave M Club privileges to the wrong people and then sent out receipts that didn’t match. We all got rooms, but it added a lot of confusion and wasted time. Secondly, the window pane in our room with a city view was severely clouded (inside the double pane) so we had only a fuzzy view. Lastly, I recognize a lot of hotel chains are going to no housekeeping but hotels need to include this information up front when making the reservation as well as at check-in. A sheet in the room with fine print covering multiple topics has something buried in it about being able to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance. Prices haven’t dropped but service has.
