This was an amazing place to stay! Beds were so comfortable! The service was top notch! Everyone was so nice! Wished their restaurant would have had more to choose from! Too fancy for our family lol! But so would stay again!!!

Staff was so friendly at check in and check out both helpful explained all the terms as well. Like the safty of the ellavator and key cards. My only complaint with the stay was the pool was wild so many kids jumping and splashing parents not watching enough. Also smell of weed coming in my room at 2am was unpleasent as well

We stayed just one night for a Vikings game. Wish we could have stayed longer! The location is just a short walk to the stadium. The room was stunning with an amazing bathroom shower. The bed was very comfortable and the entire room seemed very clean. The pool was very nice and the kids had a great time while parents enjoyed the hot tub. The lobby area was nice and it was amazing to have a nice treat (free cookie) in the lobby when we return from the night game before we went back to the room. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Minneapolis.

It was a great place to stay! The staff was friendly & helpful! It was within walking distance to the US Bank stadium for the Ed Sheeran concert! My grandkids loved the pool area. The only comlaint is, we asked the front desk for room service for fresh towels & never got any. Otherwise everything else was good. We would stay here again!

What a fantastic place to stay that is downtown and convenient to restaurants and our destination, Target Field. The kids loved the pool and the family enjoyed the cleanliness, easy parking, and restaurant.

One of the favourite hotels our family has ever stayed at. Front desk staff was superb - efficient, personable and friendly. Room was perfect. Blinds were excellent. They served milk and cookies at 10pm in the lobby. The pool was great. Hotel decor was cute and charmingly kitschy. Stayed during Taylor Swift concert and was walkable to stadium. Hotel restaurant was excellent with great staff. Only tiny complaint was that they didn’t mention $15/day parking fee, but the parking was very good; and our room missed getting made up, but I’m sure we could have called down to let them know (we just didn’t). We would stay here every time we’re visiting Minneapolis. Loved the vibe of the hotel, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, and the location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We visited from out of town during the Taylor Swift Eras Tour. Our check in, parking, stay, and check out was well coordinated and professional. Every member of the staff was welcoming and alert. They even made a special VIP lounge for the girls to celebrate in for the Eras tour complete with photo area and tables to make friendship bracelets. They greeted everyone after the event as well. During a VERY busy event, this charming establishment really made our event special. The kids loved the charm as well! Above average ratings to this establishment and staff. THANK YOU! You're appreciated!

We’ve made our way to the twin cities multiple times over the last few years and keep finding ourselves booking at this best western location. We have stayed in multiple room types on the property and all have been very comfortable. The restaurant on site has awesome food! Convenient parking off the back. Our only issue with our last stay was our room was off of the pool, which made sleeping in/going to bed early somewhat impossible with the all the kids having fun. Would still highly recommend!!!

My husband and our family stayed in room 215 and let our kids have the beds in the room and we took the pullout couch bed. We did not sleep well as we felt like things were crawling. Turns out we were right. We got ate up by bedbugs. Im livid. Almost 200 dollars a night and we get bedbugs. Absolutely disgusting.
