Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown

Our family - four adults stayed in a suite that was supposed to sleep 6. Sitting area / living room space very small. Bathroom has sliding doors which leaves cracks when closed so you can see in the sides when door closed. Poor ventilation in the room especially the bathroom. Only have valet parking 55$ a day… very expensive. The free breakfast is very good, also get two free drinks in the lounge and appetizers which is nice.

Would not stay here again. Pool open until 10pm and kids and adults extremely loud. Its an enclosed pool surrounded by rooms, 2 levels. Need to close pool at 8 instead of 10. Asked twice to have room cleaned on a 4 day stay! Never happened. Try another hotel near airport, plenty around. Just dont stay here!

We rented four rooms including one large suite to host our family for a graduation weekend. Everything was adequate but a few things stuck out: 1. During the day, the hallway was peppered with dirty linens and garbage bags. It seems their cleaning practice is for the housekeeping staff to dump those things in the hallway until someone else picks it up. It seemed to take hours some days, and meant that we were clambering over dirty linens and garbage bags, esp. when the housecleaning cart was adjacent. Not only did this detract from the experience, over all, but some of our family were less mobile and it created challenges for them. 2. We definitely expected a more robust set of kitchen items in the large corner suite. It had a dining table for 4 as well as a large sectional, which was great. However, it had no dishes, glasses, or flatware, and only a tiny bar sink. We called ahead of time so brought things with us, but it was a challenge to host people without a more robust kitchen area in such a large suite.

Everything was very nice and they have great service.My family and I love this hotel!

If we had not been traveling with children it might have been better but it was unclear where to go to park for the hotel and once we found a parking garage to park in we had no clue how to get to the hotel from the area. I have a older child with me but the people I was traveling with had little kids and it was a concerning area when you have no idea where younare going. The staff in the hotel were also not the nicest and were kind of rude.

Snowy downtown Minneapolis for spring break - this hotel was perfect, separate sleeping room is so great with family. Breakfast is outstanding, pool is big, ped walkway to all the surrounding activities is great. We walked to a Timberwolves game w/o getting frozen. Highly rec this hotel - lots of affordable parking around, we used Spot Hero rather than paying the $55/day at hotel.

Great family hotel with awesome breakfast and nice gym/pool. The elevators were terribly slow though.

The elevators took forever. We waited 10 minutes to get to lobby and pool from floor 7. We couldn’t figure out the steps between floor 1-3 so that wasn’t an option. The evening reception was one person working drinks and no fountain pop for kids. The pool was freezing. Rooms were huge and we were able to park at a parking garage very close for less than half the price of valet. Perfect for going to Target Center.

The hotel was clean, the staff was amazing and so friendly. The breakfast was SO good - the omelets delicious! We came for a family weekend and it was the perfect location - walking distance to everything we had in mind. And it had a pool for the kids! Oh and the rooms were huge!! Would definitely stay again!

The first room we were put in had underwear hanging out the side of the couch and a pair of sunglasses on the floor. The rug in the room was disgusting as well. Went to the front desk and they apologized and moved us to the room next door. That room was only mildly better. The couch was completely stained all over it and the ottomans were pretty gross as well. Went back to the front desk and they offered to replace the couch cushions. It was late and I just wanted to get the kids to bed. I figured we weren’t going to be in the room much, so we just wouldn’t use the couch. All in all not a great experience. Will not stay here again.
