My family and I stayed here overnight and couldn't have been more pleased. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The desk staff was very polite and helpful and interacted well with my family. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area!

Customer service was spot on. I called earlier in the day to see about early check in. The room wasn’t available, the front desk called me back to let me know that housekeeping had it cleaned and ready to go as soon as they finished allowing us to check in earlier for nap time for the kids. Great customer service and kind employees

We had a room next to us that about 8 young kids were in while their parents sat in lobby drinking beer and eating pizza. Very loud. My wife went to room and asked to be quiet about 945pm. No luck. Called front desk and they did come up and talk to kids. A Dad then came up and lectured the kids and then left. Noise went right back up till 1130pm. I went to go to room and kids were in hall and I told them I would have them kicked out of hotel if it did not stop. Finally quieted down at midnight when parent returned. I think when teams are staying, other guests should not be put next to or on the same floor. Otherwise, nice place.

I was there on vacation with my family. We slept for one night, and there was a power outage for hours in the middle of the night. My kids did not sleep at all because of that. The most frustrating thing is that no one contacted us to apologize or to let us know what happened.

Water pressure in the shower could be better it was too low takes longer to shower. Also table height and chairs too many were really high especially for children under 5 makes it hard for them to seat safely at the table. other then that everything was great.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. My children went swimming twice during our stay and loved it. The shower in the pool area is so convenient! Our room was neat and clean. I loved the liquid hand soap! What a great idea vs. the usual small bar of soap. Our breakfast was delicious. The staff checking at both check in and check out were kind and courteous. We will be back!
