Room was nice, front desk personnel was very friendly. The price was higher than warranted and no elevator so that was tough with luggage for 2 adults and 2 kids on second floor. Breakfast wasn’t anything great and there was no orange juice. It was fine for a night but nothing amazing.

The staff was so friendly. Mark who set up breakfast both days was great! Great room set up for a family of 5. Would highly recommend this place!

everything was good besides the lady at the front desk she had a very bad attitude if it wasn't for the manager we wouldn't have been able to stay there, the room was clean and the hot tub and pool were nice, very loud with all the kids in the hallway.

This hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious, but the bathroom was tiny! The walls were thin so I could hear the crying baby down the hall and the kids coming in from the parking lot. The rooms were kept warm and toasty for the night and the beds, a perfect blend of soft and firm. Breakfast was eggs sausage pancakes and a mixture of prepackaged items including gluten free bagels . Hot tub was warm and the pool was clean with a pleasant temperature to play in. The kids enjoyed it. We were located near the mall and Aldi for any last minute forgotten items. I will be back even with the small eating area and thin walls. Felt safe and secure with staff willing to help at a moments notice.

With kids, this was a great hotel option. Staff was so wonderful. Every person was so kind and quick to offer assistance as needed. The pool isn’t huge, but was ideal for letting the kids get some energy out and gave them something to look forward to after dark, that wasn’t TV. Breakfast was great, plenty of options, both cold and hot. Shower pressure and water temp was perfect! If you look really closely, the doors were showing signs of wear and tear, and there was a layer of dust on most of the vents and over door frames(in my opinion minor things) but overall the room was comfortable, clean, and had the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

One of the biggest disappointments we experienced (my family & I) during our stay was the absence of an elevator! That was a bummer haha. Otherwise, everything was great! Clean, comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Awesome continental breakfast. Quiet. A great stay! We will be back. 😊

Comfortable stay with kids. Room was spacious. Pool and gym were clean. Breakfast was pretty good. They even had cookies they set out. Staff was nice and helpful. Only thing was no elevator but we made it work.

The pool was awesome ❤️ my grand children enjoyed our stay ‼️ The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great ❤️ staff was helpful and friendly would defiantly stay here again
