My room was nice but you could hear everything due to the large space between the door & floor. Plus there were kids running up & down the halls & constant door slamming until midnight then started up again at 6:30 am

The A/C when just turning on has a loud thud which sounds like a door banging. Walls are thin, and there were kids running around on the floor at all hours of the night. Front desk staff and the gentlemen serving breakfast were fantastic.

I expected a better experience for the amount we paid for 1 night. Over $400 for one night! There is no parking out front and you pay extra to park in the parking ramp that is not secure or safe! It's connected to some run down apartments and homeless people were in the dumpsters and fighting right outside. My kids were terrified! The hotel is like no other I've ever stayed in and not in a good way. One elevator, you have to walk through multiple walkways before you get the the hotel that are used by non hotel guests. Not kid friendly in my opinion. The pool water was warm but it was way smaller than it appeared in the pictures. You have to walk through the main lobby and by the bar/dining in swim suits to get to the pool unless you want to change in the bathrooms. They did have nice lotions and body wash to use but if you want to drink the bottles of water the place in the room you pay $3 for the bigger bottle. The "lake view" overlooks a crappy building roof and wasn't worth paying extra for! The "city view" over looks run down buildings and run down parking ramps. You can walk a few blocks and get to the lake but be prepared to see a lot of homeless people, run down buildings, and tons of construction!

This was a great spot to stay for our family. Street parking is easy and they have a ramp as well. The only negative is the bathroom wasn’t very clean. There’s a lot of dust in the air vents in the ceiling and the base of the shower didn’t look as clean as expected. The design is nice though and I’d stay here again. The pool is a perk!
