The hotel was a perfect fit for a family visit. The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the gentleman at fhe front desk. Breakfast was great. Pools were super fun. The rooftop pool was just awsome and the adult time only from 10-11pm rules. The only thing that gave a 4 instead of a 5 is the building needs some updating. The elevators were sketch. I uaed the stairs to keep my anxiety at bay, which was easy peasy since its only a 3 level hotel. Overall loved our stay and will come back again.

Very kid friendly! Rooftop hot tub, beautiful inside pool and hot tub! Sauna! A wonderful place to stay

Great location in Canal Park. Overall pretty quiet even with lots of kids in the hotel. The elevator badly needed cleaning. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Once I got the right room I asked for the sofa bed had a blood stain and a childs sweatshirt inside. There was also no bedding for the sofa bed.

I made 3 room reservations under my name. I called 3 days before arrival and ask for 2 adjoining rooms for kids and other room close by. They couldn’t do any of the requests and we showed up at 3 pm which is 1 hour before specified arrival time. Very dark , old property. Will not stay here again. There are newer, brighter, hotels/lodges with same view in Canal Park.
