One night stay with family of four. The room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet, even though it seemed to be fully booked. Conveniently located. Good choices for breakfast both hot and cold. I wish breakfast on the weekend started a little bit earlier for those of us who had to be somewhere earlier in the morning. Would stay again.

In town to see family. Nice to be able see bars, night life or shoppong while in town so close by. Breakfast in the morning was nice touch in hotel. Staff very friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Good parking, quick check-in, friendly staff, and the rooms were very nice! We liked it that there was an area for sitting and an area for sleeping. Each area had a tv which was nice. They allowed our family (we had three groups) to gather in the commons area and open birthday gifts and chat. The hotel is located on Park Point which made it convenient to get to Bentleyville and restaurant and shop areas of Canal Park. We will definitely be back!

Only one elevator at this property- are you kidding me? Of course, it broke down and was out for our entire stay. Had to take our entire luggage rack for my entire family up (and down) the stairs. Complained, but absolutely no consideration. Thanks for nothing.

Perfect location for enjoying Duluth. Breakfast could have been better serviced. Was surprised that the lobby "store" did not offer milk as an option as there were many families staying there. Oh, and I like milk as well.

A short walk to the lift bridge and Canal Park area. The breakfast had great options, the pool was enjoyable for the kids, the beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. A great place to stay while visiting Duluth!

Very nice accommodations; modern and prime location. Complementary breakfast had the most variety of food we’ve seen at a hotel. Highly recommend this for any traveler, especially families.

The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful, especially the red head with curly hair! The young gentleman that was at the desk also was very kind and helpful!. They were so sweet and we will for sure be back. They made sure our stay was pleasant! Even with some rude hockey kids acting like fools. They were still patience and kind.
