Fitger's Inn

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. The only thing bad I guess would our room was a little hot. I would stay there again.. I would also tell my friends and family to stay here.

This is our second or third stay at your wonderful facility. Only complaint was the airport shuttle not being available at a time that would work with early morning flights out of Duluth in the morning. Fortunately, we live in the area and were able to run our family members to the airport in our own car. Sam was an excellent server at the boat club restaurant. Excellent food also. In town for Christmas with the family and we decided to treat ourselves to a stay Christmas night. The rate was close to that of several charmless chain hotels. Check in was great, Vincent was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The room, a Lakeside Deluxe King (room 204) was great, though smaller than it looked on the website - but very comfortable. It was -4° when we stayed, but the room's heater kept up with the demand. The sunrise over Lake Superior was fantastic.

Our stay was perfect. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel lobby and rooms are very very clean. Our view of the lake was amazing! The beds are comfortable and we slept well. Even though they say no free breakfast, they put out grab and go items such as apples, oranges, bananas, granola bars, protein bars, coffee, and nuts until about 10 am. They always have a dispenser with ice water all day. We used the gym which had adequate machines and weights. Overall, would stay here again as it was lovely with many wonderful restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Mexico Lindo outside patio overlooking Lake Superior, Pickwicks, and Fitgers Brewhouse Grille & Pub. We already recommended Fitgers to family who has booked a stay in 3 weeks!! Obviously we loved it!
