Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and very helpful arranging our shuttle for the next morning to and from the airport. Will highly recommend staying there to friends and family.

Stayed for 2 nights to visit Mall of America. Breakfast was good. Room gave 2 towels or a family of 4 had to ask for more. The first day the pool was closed most of the day for cleaning. Kids were sad about this. This hotel DOES NOT have a wirlpool like the review said. Very disappointing.

Great location, friendly staff, close to a well-known steakhouse and several other great restaurants, pool was a nice size for the kids to swim in but the hot tub was no longer present and was filled in. Shampoo & conditioner pumps didn’t work but the staff got us new ones quickly. Breakfast and eating area were fantastic! You can hear the airplanes as it is very close to the airport but it didn’t keep me up or wake me up. We would definitely stay again with our family.

We rented a suite for our family of four. It was spacious/comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast and daily coffee offered by the hotel. We liked having a shuttle bus service to the mall. Would stay again.

A very large clean comfortable room with all the amenities. The breakfast room downstairs is also very large with stations to plug in your devices. There was a full breakfast with several healthy choices as well as waffles and treats. The kids had hours of fun in the pool. The manager Richard M was so friendly and helpful.

This was a safe Harbor for my family during a winter storm. It was comforting to know they were safe until we could pick them up. all the services were very good and everything great

I came for a hot tub, no hot tub. NOT AS ADVERTISED. Celebrating a family birthday and the birthday girls loves hot tubs. Description and photos very misleading!! So disappointed.

I reserved room through Expedia and when I checked in they gave me a different room type and said that’s all they had. At breakfast they ran out of eggs. There was no creamer or sugar in the room and no instructions for coffee maker. The microwave was touchy and worked only sometimes. The pool was small and full of small children who were screaming the entire time. It was a lot of money to pay for this service. I will not stay here again.
