Wonderful employees who were very friendly and helpful. The building is full of nostalgia and brought back fond memories of family roadtrips. Great pool area, handy to have a restaurant on site after a long day of driving, and we even spotted a turtle at the hotel's little pond. We'll stay again when passing through the area.

The wife, kids, and I enjoyed the facilities as we visited family in Dearborn. Everything was great in the room, we really enjoyed service, the pool, and breakfast. Thank you for everything.

This is a good hotel stay for the price, conveniently located, and with free breakfast. There is a pool that my son enjoyed and where the facility was clean in spite of looking a little dated. We did find a small dead bug in the bathroom and the elevator was not working during the morning we checked out, which was inconvenient for us as we tried to haul our luggage, a baby, and a stroller. Overall, a good stay for the price.

I have stayed here regularly for the last 6 years whenever I come to visit family. Overall I have to say it is the best deal for the money around this area. Decent amenities, decent rooms and accommodating staff. Only 1 time was it just average and below my overall rating. I came back and have been pleased since.

This hotel is between a freeway and train tracks which we couldn’t hear from our room only because the guests in the hallways and adjacent rooms were even louder. The room was a decent size but the bathroom fan was broken and the window didn’t open so no way to ventilate or get fresh air. The beds were old and mattresses were uncomfortable. The sheets and linens were thin and worn out. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was not accessible to children according to the guard, despite the signage saying nothing about this rule. The breakfast buffet was fine but overall I barely slept a wink and would not take my family here again.

The hotel was nice. We enjoyed the hot tub. There was a lot of kids which was loud at the pool and heard them running around late last night. Location to downtown detroit was good. The breakfast was just ok. We went to the connected resturant for dinner one night and the service there was slow even though it wasnt busy. We ordered breadsticks but they didnt come til way after we were done with our pizza. The front desk staff was friendly. I might stay here again but prob wouldnt bother with the resturant.

When I booked the church, it didn’t say anything about the kind of card or credit card that I had to use when I get to the hotel they did not accept my credit card, which is through Chime services we drove a long way to get to the hotel and had to turn around. My kids were so disappointed they didn’t get to swim or do anything.

1st night we had kids screaming and yelling up and down the halways from 245 am to 4am. Rooms by us smelt like weed , people were either waping or smoking all day long. At one poijt people were screaming in the room next to us. I spoke with front desk they didnt care. On the 2nd night our kids got kicked out of the hot tub area beacsue of a rude maintance man. Who said he got a complaint. That the kids could now no longer be in the hot tub. But on the 1st night we were told it was ok to be in the hot tub just not the sauna. So thats what our kids did. Again the front desk did not care when i tried to talk with them about it. I would not stay there with children again.

We used to stay here often when visiting family in the area and stopped because it was noisy with lots of noisy parties on weekends. We came back for the first time in ages around Thanksgiving this year because it was the only affordable room available and rebooked for Christmas with our kids before we even checked out. I don’t know if they’ve got new management or policies or what, but I’m very glad they’ve turned things around. Quiet, affordable, nice pool area for the kids, and good hot breakfast selections.
