Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel

Nice clean space. Friendly staff, easy parking and family friendly.

We love this hotel and stay here a couple of times a year while visiting family. It is comfortable, has nice amenities, and a great location.

I recently staid in this hotel with my boyfriend. Hotel room was clean and accommodating. The front desk staff was pleasant every interaction I had with them, the kitchen though,., that waitress was the rudest I’ve ever had. Not to mention a curtesy of 8 bucks was given to her without me authorizing. Oh and you you could eat out with your family twice for the amount of j how much It was for one single person to eat in the hotel lobby, 42 Dollars for two people!!!!! They charged my card 50.00. Gave her a little fat tip she certainly didn’t deserve . Hotel pool had chemicals in it that literally changed the color of a very expensive ring I had on . Don’t wear jewelry in the pool. However it was clean. Overall good experience minus the breakfast incident with the server

We were in town for the UM graduation. The room rate inflation is a painful reality but overall good experience. Our breakfast in the AM was very good but the woman in charge was easily flustered and didn't seem to know how to handle a large family group staying in multiple rooms. Each morning she made the payment process more complicated than necessary while it seemed some travelers walked out without leaving a room number at all.
