Hyatt Place Ann Arbor

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property and would return in the future. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I absolutely loved my one-week stay here. I was visiting friends and needed a large space to myself to compress for the week, and Hyatt Place Ann Arbor delivered. I have stayed at many luxury 5-star hotels in Europe and throughout my travels, and I'm not kidding - this Hyatt felt like a luxury stay! I was so impressed by how modern and clean the building/rooms were that I thought it must have been built in the last 6 months - turns out it's been there for years! Everything is so well maintained, quiet rooms, friendly staff who kindly made me a special iced Americano every morning. The gym was amazing! I didn't walk to nearby locations but there is a mall nearby, and Ubers were very easy to call from this location - about a 10 min drive to anything you'd want to do in Ann Arbor. I only wish I could remember all the staff names so I could give them a special thanks - highly recommend if you have a longterm stay and need a lot of space for a very good price.

Well maintained, clean hotel that covers the basics in its breakfast buffet. Just what we were looking for. The 2 King room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4.

Very comfortable hotel with a spacious lobby for relaxing, watching TV, having breakfast, or a drink. Excellent firm mattresses. King-sized beds. Room to spread out. Traveling with family to visit colleges, 2 men over 6 feet tall. We appreciated the extra space.

Stay was great. Requested 1st floor due to having two small children in tow, was given 6th floor. Otherwise, quiet stay. Very clean accommodations

Clean, modern, bright, friendly and profesdssional staff. Room and two king beds big enough for two adults and two teenage kids.

Not family friendly hotel. I'm from out of town. My family (very young children and a newborn) arrived 45 minutes early and politely asked if we can check in early due to the heat outside. I was told to wait another 30 min due to the room still being cleaned but could wait int the lobby. Really?? Untrue and this Hyatt extremely cheap by making us wait while the room "magically" cleans itself. I blame management's inconsiderate business practices.

Excellent stay. Had to move from an airport area hotel due to a power disruption and was more than pleased with the experience. 2 King beds were terrific, breakfast was wonderful, cleanliness top notch. One suggest, as an early riser I tend to get up and ready and vacate the room earlier than the rest of my family. The smoked glass door to the bathroom works aesthetically, but it is difficult to get in the bathroom in the morning (or at night) without lighting up the whole room and waking other.

We like staying here when we are in town visiting family. It includes breakfast and has a nice lobby area for visitors.

Very nice hotel. I travel to Ann Arbor frequently to see family. I was disappointed that they wouldn’t give me a partial credit or drop the 3rd night when I had to leave for home early.
