The hotel was lovely the breakfast was delicious the pool was absolutely freezing. My water loving kiddos gave it a hard pass.

Nice property. Friendly staff. One complaint is that we came into the room late at night 1:00 am and received a complaint roughly 5 minutes after check in for being loud. We were in no way louder than a normal person coming into a room and getting to bed right away. Staff saw that we had 4 children listed and the hotel was at no more than 30 percent capacity based on cars in the lot. They could have put us in a room not near others. Otherwise, great! Food was great too.

The quality is ok for a 3-star hotel. I booked 2 rooms but when I arrived, they couldn't give me 2 rooms that are next to each other. The agent said they didn't know the 2 rooms were reserved by the same family. I made the reservations on expedia in a single transaction. So I don't know where the miscommunication was. Also, we went during the weekend college students move-in week and so we were charged for a Hyatt price for a 3-star quality hotel.

Not the staff’s fault but there was a crazy, loud, rude family on our floor. Screaming, running up and down the hallways, banging around, blasting music until 1:30am. Manager had to up there. Nobody on the floor or probably the floors above or below got any sleep. It was horrible. We were told we may get some points (not sure what kind of points) but the hotel will not comp anyone for the night which is frustrating. Also, our bathroom had black hair in the tub and layers of visible dirt on the floor, in the tub and under the sink. All in all a terrible experience.

Very pleasant stay for our family of 6. The property is either new or recently remodeled as everything was clean and in great condition. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was high quality with a lot of variety. Our only (minor) disappointment was the pancake maker did not seem to be working. Kids loved the pool as well. Love the eco-friendly touch with full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. We would stay here again.
