my wife has stayed there before while visiting family and always loved this location. Even she could see that it was not quite as clean nor comfortable. I was welcomed by Sheldon (?) when I checked in. Very hospitable, informative and great guy. He offered up a ton of great information. Breakfast was superb. Room was somewhat dated. Washcloth (only 1 provided) was stained (old stain) and general room cleaning (are of walls by the door where most people don't even look) was somewhat lacking. Also, even though a wall thermostat, very hard to keep the room comfortable...even set at 64, very warm.

We reserved a two bedroom suite and even called two days before we came and spoke with employees. Then while checking in we were told they were fully booked and only could offer us a one bedroom suite with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed was disgusting. We were very upset that we didn’t have comfortable sleeping for all of our family. At this time it was too late to find a two bedroom somewhere else. Very upset about this experience.
