Comfort Inn Bay City - Riverfront

We stayed with family and our grandsons loved the pool! The hotel was clean and served a decent breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

The room was spotless. I heard some rambunctious kids in the hall and they were next to my room, but I never heard them.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my children and I had a great stay !

Horrible place. Rude fromt desk, nasty pool. There was stuff floating in the pool, green stuff, white stuff.. it was gross. The guy mopped and there was brown chunks on the ground around the pool. AFTER HE MOPPED. We looked up something on the internet and seen bed bugs 2 months before we were there reported by another guest, and we couldn't leave fast enough. Definitely NOT going to this place again. Condom wrappers on the floor, it was me and my 3 daughters. Girls trip, and my 11 month old baby crawled on that nasty, unclean floor. The worse part, no one cared, no apology, no acknowledgement. Nothing. $111.19 a night to feel like i was living in filth, never again. I have pictures, but i cant upload. The breakfast lady was amazing, sweet, friendly, helpful. Only sunshine in the whole place.

Breakfast was great, lots of options, slept like a baby, walked to the River front and nice little park. We had some amazing Mexican food delivered. We would come back. Couldn’t find the ice machine though.

Perfect place to spend a weekend with the family. The hotel has got nice river view rooms. Riverfront is easily accessible from the hotel. It is a 5 min walk. Downtown life is really good. A good hotel in a great place.

Sooooo accomodating to my family. They accomodated a work meeting for my husband prior to our check in. Never complained. Rooms were nice. They out is next to family stayng there. No complaints.
