Four Points by Sheraton Saginaw

The hotel was nice, the front desk worker named Ashley was 10/10 she was so friendly and pleasant. The negative: I booked a 2 bed queen room and was given a 1 bed king. The hotel was sold out so I was unable to be moved to a different room, and no refund was possible either. So 1 bed for 3 adults and a baby. 3 people slept great while one had to sleep in a chair. It would have been nice to have been notified in advance that the room I booked was not available.

My family was there for a wedding. Everything was about average. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The only negatives were that the entry door kept getting stuck when trying to enter the room. We had to ram it with our bodies to get it open. Since we were only there for a short time, we didn’t want the hassle of trying to find another room since there were other events taking place. The bathrooms were a tight space. There was barely enough room to move around.

Very good for our family trip, enjoyed the stay and enjoyed the location very much. Would recommend for families.

It wasn’t awful. I thought this was a good spot because of the attached restaurant. Nope! The restaurant was horrible food and the prices were expensive which are not listed. The pool was good for kids but the weekends are definitely loud. Old linens, towels ect. It had a face lift but not in the bedding and linens departments. My first night I asked for my trash to be emptied left the can outside the door and never got emptied.

Wonderful getaway ! The beds are dreamy we loved it. Slept like babies Great place will be back next year ❤️

We stayed for a family wedding in late September. We were NOT advised before arrival that nearly all of the common areas were under construction. No one was ever at the front desk, the hallways looked like decor from a haunted house and you could not use the main entrance for the entirety of our stay. When we tried to tell the front desk staff of our concerns, she laughed and asked if we'd looked at the website, which allegedly detailed the work being done. It does not identify ANY construction to the property. We also attempted to contact the hotel through the Hotels.com messaging app for information prior to arrival, but they never answer. The room itself was OK. The A/C was loud, and the room was not cleaned or made up during our 2 night stay. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, so everything was always damp for hours after a shower. For about $30 a night more you can stay at thr Hampton Inn and get breakfast included. Go there.

Check in was easy, staff was polite, room looked very clean and remodeled. Room had fridge and microwave. Nice pools and hot tubs. Restaurants and stores within one or two blocks to walk to.Trolley pick up to go to the Island and around pigeon forge right in front of the hotel. Hotel looks more like a motel (but very nice and family friendly) with four stories, individual rooms with outdoor entrance, and has an elevator, as well as a ramp, in addition to stairs to get to your floor.
