The hotel is in a great location. It was close to stores, restaurants & Sam's Club. The staff was good. Every room has a small kitchen. It would be great for families with children. There was a small fire pit outside to relax.

The bed on the first night was broken and apparently the staff knew about this. Also, though some of the cleaning ladies were nice, one particular one put a do not disturb tag on our door when we wanted our room clean. The manager quickly addressed the broken bed issue by moving us and offering a small discount. Overall, it was an okay experience. The kids enjoyed the pool and the location of the hotel.

We could not get on the top floor so it was hard to sleep and then we got two rooms and there where people above my children doing adult things so loud the kids didn’t even want to be in there room. That is disgusting and just disrespectful I get it it’s a hotel but being more quite and have respect for other families and children would have been nice

By far one of my best hotel experiences yet! And I’ve stayed in a lot of places over the last 40 years. The staff were amazing, the rooms were clean and huge with a full kitchenette - everything you could need. There are outdoor lounge areas which are wonderful for visiting with friends and family. The hotel is close to a lot of amenities, and yet far enough away that you’re not staring at a big box store from your window. My only complaint was the breakfast was less than ideal. If you weren’t at the lobby for the start of breakfast, the food was either hard (buns on the breakfast sandwiches) or barely there. Of course, if you’re a fan of waffles or cereal, you’re covered!

The two Queen suite with sleeper sofa was a nice larger room with a nice little kitchen in it for 4 adults and 2 kids. Our bathroom however was not very clean, around the edges was a bit of dirt and grim. The shower has no water pressure, so four adults showing took quit some time to get everything rinsed off that was a huge downfall. Pretty sure didn’t save any water when a shower takes you double the time. The breakfast had a good variety and the staff were all pleasant. Another downfall is they have a nice pool but no hot tub!

The staff was top notch. Every worker was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and we didn’t have to deal with any noise during night hours. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast had many options, and Maximus was so helpful and kind to everyone in the dining area.

The customer service was good. Some children were running the halls above late at night. The pool was clean.
