Every thing was wonderful great customer service pool was clean, room clean and stocked but what they said there breakfast was a buffet and it was only a continentail. Extremely disappointed and there was nothing a child would eat.

They are in the middle of a remodel-some things aren’t quite finished yet. It was great to have new mattresses, clean carpet in our room, updated bathroom,etc. Our bathroom door hadn’t been re-hung correctly and could not be latched at all. Not sure if there is going to be a coffee pot, luggage rack, or ice bucket, but our room didn’t have them. It didn’t affect our stay, but might bother someone. We have stayed here before due to the proximity of family, but I didn’t think the breakfast area had as much seating, or at least as much seating that was comfortable for sitting and eating. I am not really sure why the chairs in the room are metal. It would have been nice to have something more comfortable to sit on-designers should use the space they are designing.

Initially, they advertised online that they had a pool, but upon arrival, I discovered that it was not in service. I even took a picture of it. Surprisingly, there are many hotels priced under $80 without a pool. I ended up paying $102 in US dollars. I booked the hotel for my kids, who always enjoy swimming. The main reason for spending extra money was for the pool. We live in Windsor, so I drove for 40 minutes, planning to leave in the morning and return at night. However, this unexpected disappointment ruined my kids' long weekend. They should refund my money considering the circumstances.

Wow. Cheap price got me. Came in for a family emergency, didn’t want to spend a lot. Arrived around 12am. Hallways run down, whatever no big deal. It’s cheap. Room had a bug on the sheet. Shower had mold. It was late, decided to suck it up. Went to brush my teeth, black water came pouring out. I packed my bags and went to the Hilton down the street. I tried to get a refund and the property manager declined. They clearly need to trick people out of money to make money. Stay away. I travel a lot, and this is by far, the worse hotel I have ever been in. (And I only lasted less than an hour in total).

I booked a 5 day rental not knowing when I would have to leave while I was dealing with a family health issue. I mentioned it up front at check in. On the fourth day my wife mentioned that we would be leaving a day early to the front desk. The answer was that they would not be refunding because went through a third party to get the reservation. When we checked out the front desk said they would credit us the last day. I was glad they decided to do this.

We were here over Easter weekend visiting family. The grandkids loved the indoor pool, even though it was extremely cold! I hope that room was soundproof!!

The room was clean and very spacious with a double bed. The bathroom was very large for a hotel, which was nice. The front desk staff was exceptionally nice and courteous. Overall, our stay was very pleasurable and affordable. Will definitely stay again (now that we have a child @ U of M)!
