Booked this room for NYE so that the kids can go swimming . Pool was closed , bummer

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing night definitely don’t stay here. Very busy hotel with people partying and kids running around. Location is convenient, but not worth the cost of not getting a good nights sleep.

Slightly older hotel, very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast the next morning. Good location and felt very safe and family friendly! I would certainly stay again and recommend to a friend. Great customer service!

Hotel room was clean and just the right size. Hotel had a pool but no hot tub. Pool was filled with kids. Hot breakfast was great in the morning.

The room was as expected, I like the ability to ask for room service with the light switches! The shower was a literally gross along the edges though and it would’ve been nice to have a small fridge (not sure if that was in the description or not though). Overall staff were very friendly, polite to the children, and greeted everyone with a smile!

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. However there was NO POOL available. It did not state this on the website. I had very disappointed children.

Never was told the pool was not in working order. 3 grandchildren who were disappointed. Called to confirm rooms in the morning and was never told about the pool.
