I regularly stay at this hotel to visit family. I know it’s hard to hire good people for service jobs, but the front desk staff is pretty unprofessional.

I stay at the hotel every 2-3 months when I visit family, but I’m thinking of changing hotels. The mattresses are uncomfortable. I’m always given rooms with a walk in shower and no bathtub, and the man at the front desk (the manager?) is rough around the edges. There’s either a language obstacle or he’s not very customer service oriented.

I was only there one night for a wedding with other family in the building. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Thank you!

Mattress could have been a bit better. Otherwise great place for the price. I always recommend Hampton Inn to family and friends
