The girl who worked their close the pool and only her kids was allowed in the pool area also they were really loud and security kept knocking on my door her kids was all in the lobby loud and playing

Noise. Called office 4 times. Children running in hallway outside of my room. Screaming. Yelling. Food awful. Over microwave tough. Out of everything and no one replenish. People were touching things with their hands and putting back. Muffins were cold half frozen . Juice empty. Staff said they were tired. Water cold in sink. Sofa t thin and uncomfortable. Too many people in lounge. Not enough equipment in gym. Pool overload with children even in hot tub in supervised. TV would not work. Had to call room service. Loud music playing outside of building with questionable people. Ask for refund because didn't feel comfortable and was told could not find my account. Only took 20.00 off. First said stay would be free then said comp when asked to see the bill. I had driven over eigh hours and didn't get a good night rest before going back on the road. Breakfast was so bad we went to Tim Hortons across the street from the hotel.

Room was dirty, had to ask for linens for the pull out couch. The pool is murky can’t see bottom the filter was not latched to the drain which puts kids at risk threat why there is the Chelsea law. The chemicals were so high all of us ended up getting a rash

I like the complementary breakfast I like the cleanest I love the Jacuzzi and swimming pool Customer service was great Front desk as well as the server for the food was awesome bringing the food out I had an awesome day with my grandchildren they enjoyed they self and did not want to leave We stay 2 nights due to DTE power outage

The hotel was in a convenient location. Front desk associates were very helpful. What I didn't like was parents had no control over there kids. Running back and forth to the pool/excersize room without any supervision. Too many kids in the hot tub, no room for adults.

There was a lot of yelling, screaming and running through the hallways at night by kids and cursing, loud cursing by, what i assume were their parents.
