So far so good. Pool area is pretty tight and my kids thought it was pretty cold so we didn’t stay. Facility seems clean and staff has been very friendly so far.

I was appalled by the housekeeping staff at this hotel..I understand being understaffed but they took it to a whole new level..we asked for our room to be cleaned a couple of times since we were staying there 5 nights and had a toddler. The trash was partially removed.We were never given bedding for sofa when asked..toilet paper was not replaced. We had to ask 2 nights in a row to have our room done to get anyone there. I also had a pair of earrings stolen from my room. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Upon check-in and 2 days before departure we informed the front desk we were not needing to stay the last night of our reservation. We spoke with Hotels.com and were told that only the hotel owner could refund us for the last night. Despite being a return customer and complimenting the staff and expressing our desire to support a family run business, the owner who was rude and completely unwilling to listen denied the refund and kept our money. He had many opportunities to show good will and make the right decision but nope. Instead he hid behind the statement "It is not our policy to issue refunds." Period end of story. Too bad. Good place to stay but horrible owner. We will be staying right next door in the future.
