The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and updated. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone slept well and my family did not want to get out of the beds. However, the pool had so much chlorine that after a few minutes of being in the pool, everyone's eyes and throat were burning. My family and the other families present in the pool area began to have uncontrollable coughs that lasted throughout the evening. The next morning we tried the pool again, and it was the same experience. After bringing it up to staff, one of the staff members opened a door for ventilation, which helped.

To like was the location, not so much that fresh towels were only available upon request. A new one for me. The "Continental Breakfast" was a joke compared to (almost) ever other hotel I have stayed in the last 2 years. Also, when noticed a broken glass jar outside the Hotel entrance in line where people walk to the sliding entrance door, I let the receptionist know, since there were glass chards scattered all over. After an hour the chards were still there and posed a safety issues for kids and adults.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was we didnt get to use the pool as there was a birthday party of kids and the pool isn't very big. We didn't care for the breakfast either.

Wonderful front desk staff. Really looked after my family. Breakfast could be improved. Pretty lean on options and the hotel bar wasn’t open on a weekend. I always enjoy a beer and meeting people in the bar on a trip

Our family enjoyed our 3-night stay here. Gloria at the front desk googled for fun places around the area. The only thing I have complaint about is the swimming pool, which has murky water. Not sure how often it gets cleaned up. Also water goes down slowly in the shower.

We loved the room it was very big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The chair in the room was awesome just like the shower. The only thing we didn’t like was the pool was cold and the hot tub was nasty. You could see all the dirt floating around in the water at the top and found a dirty kid sock in their.

Came here for a hockey tournament, rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the front desk ladies were super social and friendly. Pool was nice for the kids to enjoy after games.

A nice hotel with plenty of EV charging available which is why we picked this place. Smelled like weed when you first walked in . Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was ok. The noise was deafening from the kids shouting. Was bad they got kicked out twice . The hot tub looked horrible the foam floating was brown. Just nasty . Breakfast left a lot to be desired. 1 hour in and there wasn’t anything but some fruit left. Nobody tending to it or refilling anything . Overall I’d stay here again just for the convenience of charging my car and not feeling like I’m hogging a space (there were 7 chargers ) but for amenities I’d go somewhere else especially with family .

Room was not clean, had throw up dried on the floor not cleaned up. Had to call the front desk several times before someone answered, to which they said they had no one to clean but would move our room. Had to move everything with two children and the only other room available was a king bed that we all had to share. Bathroom was not clean, and carpet was not vacuumed. Very disappointing in this hotel. Had to stay because of power being off and would not go back or recommend.
