This trip was horrible I’m trying to reach you all right now for a refund I was put on a floor with a team of teenage boys that banged on my door and ran at least 10 times triggering my grandsons adhd Asperger’s syndrome I requested another room and was put next door to a crying baby all day and all night and I have to drive another 12 hours

Extremely clean hotel with nice amenities. Brandon was at the front desk all weekend and was super accomodating, funny, and friendly. There was some kind of giant family event happening while we were there, however, and they took over the entire place. The entire lobby was full at all hours (past 11pm), kids running everywhere, and adults being really rude to the staff.

The staff really worked with my family accommodating our wishes of being close by in rooms with having such a busy weekend. Enjoyed my stay and will return.

The property was clean and the staff was amazingly nice and professional. I just wish the breakfast buffet had more options. Other than the aforementioned, me and my family would return to this location with no questions asked. 😀

Let me just start being by saying that the staff working this hotel were absolutely wonderful. Everyone we met was friendly and attentive to our needs, especially the bartender who was also working the morning breakfast buffet. I booked this hotel for my daughter’s birthday based on a few things… the rooms being soundproofed, the pool, the restaurant, and option for room service. Firstly, the pool was very cold and gave my 5 year old an awful rash that made it difficult for her to sleep (she did rinse the chlorine off afterward). The rooms did not seem to be soundproofed enough as I could clearly hear the conversation that our neighbor was having on the phone until 1am which made sleeping difficult. The mini fridge in our room made an awfully loud buzzing noise most of the night, the toilet was not secured properly to the floor and rocked when sat on and the shower made a high pitched sound when in use. I felt for the most part the room was clean but there were definitely some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Lastly, the restaurant not being open was a major bummer as we have small children and hadn’t planned to leave the hotel for food. For my daughters birthday she wanted for be able to stay in the room, watch a movie and have room service delivered but obviously could not do that as room service was shut down with the restaurant being closed. I wish during the booking process that it had been made known that these amenities wouldn’t be available.

Let’s just say first when I was checking in the associate stating one of my rooms wasn’t cleaned so he had to put me in another room which was two queen beds which is not what I needed but didn’t have any other options for me! I was shocked by this because I spoke with someone the day before and he even assured me that I was on the third floor. Second once I settled for the rooms got off elevator all I smoke was weed smoke, loud music and kids running and down the hall. I’m not one to complain so I stayed and said nothing. I just waited to make a review on my stay. I have stayed it here previously and had a very great experience but this time not so much!

The front desk guys on 12/28 check in were amazing! Super attentive and friendly, we came for a staycation to swim in the pool. The pool was amazing, perfect for my kiddo. Not too deep and the perfect quaint size.

Property was convenient to nearby sporting event. My stay was 4 nights. On second morning (8am) I asked if room could be cleaned and was told that they had a busy schedule and did not know if they could get to my room that day. (When I returned to hotel they had cleaned room). On third afternoon I asked to purchase detergent to wash my clothes and was told they had run out of it. When I asked for where I could find a nearby convenience store to purchase some I was told there was a Walmart near by….I drove to 7-11 and purchased a small container of detergent and returned to the hotel only to learn that front desk was also out of quarters to give me for the machines until the manager returned in the morning. On the fourth morning I approached the desk again for quarters and the desk clerk had none. I finally asked the food manager and he knew where to find the cash box behind the desk to provide me quarters. I was also disappointed with the morning coffee available to guests and the Nestle sweetened articulated creamer as only option for milk. Hilton Garden Inns are intended to be hotels for short term travelors. I used you for short business trips (before COVID) and many times for sporting events for children (as with trip to Detroit). I do so for the location, cleanliness and the amenities (business center and laundry). If I cannot rely on those amenities being available, then I will look to other brands.

The hotel was beautiful as i expected. Close to major shopping. I was alittle disappointed the bar wasnt open. We had alot of noise coming from the next room. The children were up loudly playing until well past 2a. Overall it was a good stay.
