Got there a little later service was decent got to the room no remote for the TV no big deal light where you brush your teeth didn't work went to find sheets for the fold out couch no extra sheets or blankets found a open box of candy in there one big reason we booked that hotel is because we have a kid that loves to swim but the pool was down but it's nice to be located close to things

TERRIBLE is not enough to describe this "hotel". The only positive thing is that it is easy to park and has a good facade. When you enter everything is terrible: unprofessional staff, zero helpful, rude, unfriendly. The room and bathroom are DISGUSTING. Extremely expensive. Don't waste your money. Despite having booked more than 3 months in advance, they did not give me the room I paid for and the "kind" response was if I wanted my money back (11pm and with family)!!!

Place is outdated, which I can completely overlook if it is clean. My bathroom was not clean. I did not have hand soap or shower soap. I used the liquid shampoo. My family members room had a 1/2 full Pepsi bottle laying in the middle of the floor. I will not stay here next year when we return for an event.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The only problem was the pool was freezing! We got the hotel room so the kids could go swimming and the pool was way too cold to enjoy.

There was a number of people smoking pot on the top floor, where my kids were staying. I don't care that you smoke it, just not around my kids. Otherwise the hotel did a great job of accomodations for all of the champion force cheer families that stayed, and even went out of their way to provide a breakfast that they normally wouldn't so every one would be able to eat. Thank you very much for doing that!

I will not comeback! I went to attend a seminar Saturday and I made a reservation for two nights to enjoy a relaxing time. Despite paying for breakfast when placing the reservation, what was offered was a poor variety, and no coffee on hand, Sunday food was retired 15 minutes earlier than regular hours. When complained to the employee, we had a rude response. She stated that the breakfast was a courtesy for kids not intended for adults. So, why I was charged for the meal?. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. When we requested an extra hour to check out to enjoy the swimming pool due to the day before I was in a seminar, I was requested to pay extra 15dlls! This is not definitely a place for relaxing when visiting Novi. Next time I will look to stay in another more friendly hotel.

The staff here is amazing. They do what they can .. i was not able to sleep comfortably my entire stay . For some reasons they have a strobe light that flashes all day and night i was not maid aware of .. so multiple headaches and very hard to get sleep . I felt like it was a form of torture our something. But i paid and needed a place to sleep for Christmas to see family . I really do feel i should be given my mkney back but i do not want to waist anymore time on this property and will not be staying again as i have had better nights at 40$ a night hotels . And i paid for a breakfast they simply did not have ..... i want a refund on that because i had to go out and spend 45$ a day to eat breakfast on top of what i had already paid to eat breakfast.

On day one: Room was not ready for check-in until 5:30 pm. Lost power from about 7 pm to 9:30 pm. Everyone was kicked out of the pool at 9 pm because someone got really upset because their kid was getting splashed. On day 2, after a long day, my key card would not get me in my room and of course I had to pee really bad. I was on the 4th floor, so back down the elevator to get my key card reprogrammed. I was directed to the bathroom by the fitness room. No paper towel to dry my hands. Kids went to the pool around 9 pm to go swimming. Pool had closed at 9, even though we had been told it would be open until 21. Ice maker on 4th floor was not working. The room was clean and spacious. Because of all the little things that went wrong, especially not being able to check in until 5:30 pm, we will not be staying here again.
