Quality Inn Near Interstate I94

My husband recently passed away in January, our anniversary is 3/31/14.. we had plans but God had another, so me and our kids came to celebrate our anniversary.

Overall the experience was okay. The beds were comfy but pretty frustrating that all of the plugins near the bed Head sides didn't work. Also not really understanding the bathroom sink intrusion design of this room. It's a bit awkward. Service was great and they allowed for a little late checkout to accommodate our jet lag and excessive travel delays. It would have been nice to have a little more flexibility but given high season of tourism while back visiting family I'll take what I can get.

My husband was in a bad car accident and we had to cancel our reservations (the cancelation was done a week ahead). At the time I was told I couldn't be reimbursed because the reservation was prepaid. You can be assured that I will let this wonderful treatment I received from your establishment be known to all our friends and family.

This hotel is nice. Great breakfast with the best Waffles and nice selection. The beds make all kind of noise when you moved. We had two Queen beds for my husband, son, and I and they both were crazy loud! The bathroom was super spacious tub a little slippery going in. Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating. My hubby and son swam and it's not a large pool but the hot tub was decent. Room was big enough for our family. Nice TV that you didn't have to hunt for channels. Mcds and gas station across street and casino right down the road one way and lake the other. We drove the mile down the ride parked then walked to the lake but you could easily walk downtown. Dollar General down the street but things are very pricey. All in all a great place to stay to visit the area.

This is a nice hotel. I was quiet, pretty clean. The pool was kind of small but the 3 kids in our group enjoyed it. We would stay here again.
