My room was over sold and not available and I was required to take a smaller room that didn’t really fit my family like the one I had originally reserved in the system. Unfortunately it led to me getting little to no sleep and feeling uncomfortable all night. Elevator door was also fairly aggressive, it would close suddenly and quickly and hit my mother’s arm which has a broken bone in the upper arm, which led to a less than acceptable stay.

Room was quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options. Close to the lake. Close to our family and was very convenient for us.

It was a really nice and clean room. The hot tube in the room was great. My kids loved it! I would definitely recommend this place to anyway with or without children.

The toilet is very low, perfect for small children (who love to climb) not so great for older folks or those with bad knees. There is a nice bench to hold suitcases.

The stay was fine minus very small cups and no lids this made it harder getting breakfast for my family and having to make multiple trips go up and down the elevator
