Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Airport, an IHG Hotel

Visiting family. Great hotel and the breakfast is great. Staff amazing and very convinient for shopping and airport.

This place is fine. But way overpriced. We were charged $192 for a small standard to Queen bedroom. The floor is Pretty Dirty like they hadn't clean the carpet in years. It was also pretty small so when my friend opened her suitcase, the walkway by that was about a foot thick. The TV was small and older. The pillows were great. But it's located in a small town with not much going on and I cannot for the life of me figure out why it was $192 instead of $109. I wouldn't spend that much on this place ever again. Not to mention it was like pulling teeth trying to get a glass for my wine. They wanted to give me plastic or styrofoam. They're also happened to be a lot of kids running around the place while we were there and playing on the elevators so they took extra long and in the morning we could never get a trolley. It is nice that they're late checkout is as late as 1:00 p.m. since I'm a night person because I generally work at nights. Like I said the place is fine, it was just way overpriced for what it was. Which is par.
