Drury Hotel In Grand Rapids always exceeds my expectations. This the second time I stayed at this hotel when they were fully booked with teenagers and their families in town for a sports competition. Front desk staff handled the check in process smoothly. Three staff quickly assisted 20+ customers checking in just after 3pm. At 9pm, the halls and lobby were quiet. Seeing all those teenagers, I thought we'd be dealing with noise all night. Thanks for a peaceful sleep.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews and they were spot on. Room/ hotel was clean. Free breakfast was great! The free buffet dinner was good and the 3 free drinks were a super fun surprise! Pool and hot tub was very clean and the kids had a blast in there. Location was so convenient - Target and Costco across the street and pretty much everything else was within a 5-10 min drive.

The location was great. Indoor/outdoor pool was nice my grands loved that. Hotel was very clean, and staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant/bar that was onsite was a good option. We love to stay at a Drury Inn when every possible, but the food options are always the same. I would love to see more food options for kids, chicken nuggets, PB&J etc.

Great hotel in a great location. The staff were very kind and the room was clean and spacious. Free food and drinks in the evening was a bonus. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. Lots of options for adults and kids. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool as well.

Staff was nice, we enjoyed the free buffet and drinks. My only complaint is the noice in the lobby late in the evening. There was a large group of families with children staying for a sports event. It was after 10pm and we wanted to relax day the bar. The noise level was out of control and management did nothing to control it.

This is a very busy hotel there is always some type of tournament going on with tons of kids everywhere. It hard to use any of the amenities because of this couldn't use the pool, trying to get any of the free drinks or food was almost impossible.

Hotel property is very clean and looks new. However, my room had thermostat problems. The room would not get below 72 degrees and actually got up to 74 even on cool setting set to 65 degrees. The hallway was cooler. Also, the thermostat in the room has an extremely bright green led. It illuminates the entire room at night with all lighting off. Pretty distracting when trying to sleep. The breakfast and dinner are nothing special. Pool and hot tub are nice but are so crowded due to this being geared towards a “family” hotel so it is full of kids. Location is kind of lousy because you get a lot of noise from interstate which the hotel property wouldn’t grant my request of having a room not on highway side. Also a lot of traffic/congestion on main road due to it being directly next to the interstate off ramp. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Disgusting. Unsupervised children had run of the place. Kids throwing up at the pool, people with street shoes on in the hot tub, no response from staff. Never go there again!!
