For the most part the hotel is clean, they are under construction in one section but that is understandable. I was disappointed that coffee and hot water was empty multiple times through out the stay. Also, breakfast was not well supplied. The pancake machine didnt work and they didnt bring out more of certain foods after they were gone. For example the warm cinnamon rolls were good but when my kids went to breakfast at 8am they didnt have any more available.

The bathroom was in terrible shape, moldy ceiling, broken shower head, dirt coming out of faucet. The pool was over chlorinated, kids eyes and skin was burning. Loud, rude neighbors were dealt with in a positive manner by staff. Room was subpar, over priced.

When we walked in the hotel smelled great. I guess they used all the air freshener or wax melts in the lobby. Room smelled musty and wet. Toilet leaked, sink was clogged, and room was poorly cleaned. Front desk employee wore all hats. He was the plumber, pool boy, laundry man, and guest services. He was definitely overworked and it showed because his customer service sucked, and he had to call the manager for everything. Had a couple walk in 2-minutes before us, and walk right back out before we could even check in. She was an auditor at the same hotel in a different state, and said the rooms were poorly cleaned. Had not everything else been sold out, we would of left too! Will not ever stay here again. I would have rather slept in my truck, and would have had I not had smaller children.

Stayed here because of a major snow storm that went through the area. It was a 1/2 mile drive from my employer, so I checked in for a couple nights to be closer to work during the storm. Had a great time swimming in the pool, enjoying the hot tub and a clean comfy room. Ordered pizza and had a little mini get-away. I have stayed here before and its a family favorite. Looking forward to staying again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially at check in and at breakfast. Grandchildren enjoyed pool and breakfast options. Appreciated option of no room service but able to get extra towels etc. Room was fine but time on clock hadn't been changed since daylight savings time over and one light out in bathroom which I think could have been fixed before we arrived. Only unfortunate event was a very large loud group came into property close to midnight and was disturbing. That's probably difficult for a limited late night staff to handle but was excessive. There was a group in a large bus staying over Saturday night so assume from that group but not certain.
