Cobwebs in bathroom, black mold behind soap dish in shower, screaming kids two rooms down. Not what I expected for $250 a night very disappointed.

The chlorine in the pool area was way too much - it burned your eyes to be in that room. Our grandkids didn't want to swim the next day because their eyes still hurt. The juice machine didn't work for the breakfast - would have been nice if they bought a container of juice like they had for the milk. The soap/shampoo/conditioner in shower needs to have labels that you can read better. Overall, it was a good hotel, but could make minor changes that would make it better.

Room across from pool, screaming kids. Banging doors throughout the night and kids running the halls, manager wasn’t on hand and the lady at the desk couldn’t help.

It was exactly as advertised. The pool and hot tub were good for the kids. Breakfast was very good. Clean and staff were accommodating. Good place to stay.

We had a wonderful time but most of all it was very quiet at night so that’s a good thing. The staff we dealt with was very friendly and I would recommend your hotel to friends and family. Thanks again for a pleasant stay.

Clean, the pool and hot tub was nice. The breakfast was a good variety and fresh. I loved the oat meal set up! Lot's of add in choices set up very nice. The shower pressure is awesome! The beds are firm but comfy! We stayed with 2 children and the standard 2 queen beds side by side (single room) was a perfect fit and space for us.

The property/room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was within walking distance of all the downtown attractions. Wonderful family-friendly stay!

House keeping woke my family up at 7am stomping back and forth and banging stuff around. Now I understand they have to clean however you have to cognizant that their are guest still sleeping. I call front desk they said they take care of it. Nothing changed this continued for an hour until we just got up, checked out and went and paid for breakfast somewhere else. I HATE hotels that don’t follow a noise clause. When people are on vacation they want to relax and feel comfortable. I didn’t get that here. Not to mention it smells like mold in the entire hotel. I will never stay here again it was NOT an enjoyable experience for me and my family. Thanx for nothing
