We love the hotel and choose to stay every time we go to Frankenmuth. Nothing personal with the hotel itself but all hotels would be nicer if they were adult only. No one wants to hear the troubles of families when they are on vacation and I'm always hopeful that one day at least one hotel will understand that.

Booked 2 rooms for the family and left the night we got there driving 2 hours back home. Room was musty and VERY dated. Bathrooms looked like they hadn't been updated in more than 20 years. The final straw was the nasty covers on the bed. Disappointing as we spent more than $400 and never slept there. Ruined our trip.

Reviewed by male, 44 yrs old....Call me sentimental of having fond memories of hotel stays when I was a kid. Cause nothing is ever as good as it used to be, right? The smell of the pool, big inviting lobby, vending machines, self service laundry, and the a small arcade! Pin ball machine and game consoles all lit up in that dark room, as they made those magical sounds when you walked past. It was an overnight stop on very short notice for me. But this hotel had all of that. On top of being very clean and having a friendly staff. Simple luxuries that made it more enjoyable, that you don't really see anymore. I would recommend, and I will stay again. Kevin .

I was on my way to Northern MI and found on Expedia when pulled into the town. Other reviews mentioned it is set back from the highway, so is quiet, there is plenty of parking, and it is very safe, all key fobs working at all doors. The staff upon arrival very nice and accomodating. The building is older, but they keep it nice and clean. My mattress seemed new, all sorts of cable channels, I think they had like 8 HBO's choices. There is a nice pool with whirlpool. Very kid friendly, even a game rooms pinball, videos games. All ice machines worked! The Breakfast was fantastic, very clean, great choices. If passing through I highly recommend. Oh, the food choices in town excellent and even an outlet mall. Nice place.
