Comfort Inn Chelsea

Daughter had apts at Motts Childrens Hospital, so we rented two rooms, both nice, beds comfy. First 10 mins there, both toilets backed up. Fan in the bathrooms didn't work and the floors around the beds needed better vacuuming skills. But the kids loved the pool and the breakfast was good! Would stay again .

toilet set had one screw in it and had to dry towels over heat vent to use the next day. room smells and people playing music and smoking pot and coming in vent right outside the room. we left at six thirty I feel we shouldn't have to pay for the last day.My husband was so made we did not ask . this property was not keep up. sheets had holes in them. curtain problems.will not stay there again. we usually come to the Chelsea area two to three times a year .Sorry I never do reviews. this one I had to. trash can infant of hotel full. we had to tell the staff it needed to be taken care of. I know its hard to get good staff but it didn't even smell clean.We just sucked it up for two days the third no not with the music and pot.

We enjoyed our stay with our family.

The lobby area was fine. Breakfast was fine. Staff let us use the hospitality area for our large family to visit which we really appreciated. The room was pretty awful. Dirty and buckling carpet. Draperies were off the hooks and hanging. Woodwork around bathroom door had reddish stains. That was room 106. This place needs a remodel.
