Came for a family wedding and missed the ceremony due to reservation issues with hotel. Our second night stay was canceled and we had no room available to us! This was a nightmare!! Hotel got a room for us 30 minutes away and we were late for reception! Never again! Our whole family was booked here and we were separated… not to mention my husband had to clean the trap in the shower to get rid of horrible smell in room! Speechless over this stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for our trip. Your staff was what made our stay pleasant. We were there for a family member’s funeral. Please thank your staff from all of our family V/R Robert J O’Hara Jr

Centrally located for all of our needs. Staff are very accommodating . Only negative is the pool is not in service. We had our kids with us and if we had of known this we would have booked elsewhere. Otherwise very convenient location and met all our needs.

There was a large group of hockey families who took over all the common spaces—lobby, restaurant, etc—children we’re running freely unsupervised in halls, boisterous. Adults lounging in lobby area drinking and socializing loudly—Friday and Saturday day and night! Staff seemed resigned to tolerating it.

The stay was very nice. The only complaint I have is that there were very loud children in the hallway and lobby from the start of my stay until almost 10pm.
