Nantasket Beach Resort

From the moment I walked in the staff was great. Room excellent, pool warm, area clean. Only complaint I have is the unknown guest that made a noise complaint. My friend was on a FaceTime call with family in another city, she was not yelling. Definitely talking a little loud, but they were excited. The staff that came to the room were super friendly about it. My friend accidentally dropped her phone from the balcony while showing her family the balcony and the staff immediately got a ladder and helped get it back. Mambo has some phenomenal burgers, crispy chicken sandwich, fries as well. Just wanted a relaxing day and that was exactly what I got. Thank you

Overall it was a comfortable stay. Someone should have bothered to clean the glass door when you first walk in… because from the street it looked dingy. However, the inside was immaculate and clean. Staff were friendly and responsive. Bed was comfortable!! Rooms were neat and clean. They have a hot tub and a pool in the same room… nice to watch the kids when you relax. They have a restaurant but the kitchen closes at 9pm so you have to get in before that. Beach is within walking distance. Cute small town by the water.

We booked at this hotel several months ago to attend an event in the area. When I arrived at the hotel at 9pm after the event, with two exhausted toddlers who needed to go to bed, I was extremely disappointed to realize they had booked me into a room maybe FIFTY FEET from the huge room where a wedding was being held. Clearly the dance floor was open because the bass thumped through my room for the next hour. No one told me that my room was directly next to an event space where an extremely loud event was being held. Thankfully it ended at ten, but for an hour neither toddler was able to sleep because the music was so loud. Honestly unbelievable and so discourteous that no one thought to even TELL me at checkin and give me the opportunity to pick a different room before I'd hauled two pack n plays and my luggage across the hotel.

Staff was very friendly. Area is very family friendly.

Our bathroom door wouldn’t stay open, hit us several times. Found fake eyelashes in one of the two beds in our room. Then our fireplace(they make you pay an amenities fee) wouldn’t work. They sent an “engineer” to our room who turned it on but then it wouldn’t turn off. The room hit over 90 degrees! They sent a kid back to our room, he nearly burnt his hand reaching in to turn it off. We had no fireplace and had to turn the heat in the room way up overnight. No one offered anything to rectify the situation. No discount, nothing. This hotel did all sorts of renovations, but failed again. Hot tubs don’t permanently have bubbles in them that look like a bathtub. Mini fridges don’t stay cold if staff leave the door open in between guests. And the fake eyelashes in the bed! Yuck. We left the eyelashes on the non working fireplace mantel for them to take. I want my money back, such a huge disappointment.

Check in was the best I’ve experienced at any place I have stayed, Paul was friendly, funny, welcoming and had great local recommendations! Our room was overly clean and comfortable with a great view- on-site restaurant was so convenient and food was great with great service as well- beach was beautiful, kids loved the pool…..wonderful hidden gem, so glad I stumbled upon it while looking for surrounding Boston area hotels!

My family and I had a very nice stay! The building itself is a little outdated, but they do a wonderful job keeping it updated and clean throughout the interior. The staff were wonderful and I have no complaints 🙂

Great location, kids friendly.

It was terrible. Could not find parking. The hotel smelled like weed. Asked front desk to supply toothpaste never arrived. Not kid friendly. I would not recommend this for family with kids. I bought there 3 small bags of chips 2 chocolate bars came out to $33
