Best Western Braintree Inn

The Owners were incredibly accommodating to our family and flexible with their pricing. All the Staff were very polite, friendly and appeared to enjoy working there. We will absolutely stay there again for our next soccer tournament.

I paid for the room but was charged an extra because my daughter was 16. On Expedia it says 17 and under for a child. Not good

The front desk manager was very kind to our young kids; rooms were clean and worked well for our needs. Many restaurants were just minutes drive away. Breakfast options were delicious and well-stocked. Place was booked full on a Saturday night! Would stay again.

We are always happy staying at Best Western in Braintree, MA. We have family and come a couple times a year. Always polite service, good breakfast and quiet sleep.

Came to area for family wedding. Clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Hotel ok overall, a bit dated and bathroom tiny.

This hotel is a DUMP! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE! There’re much nicer properties closer by with same or lower rates. The hotel is located in an industrial area surrounded by warehouses, in a really bad area, unsafe and mostly occupied by truckers-Not an ideal place for families as advertised! Hotel GM was extremely rude and threatened to put myself, wife and kids out on the streets because we mentioned we were not being treated well and will reflect our thoughts in the review. He wanted us to return our used towels to the front desk before we can get replacement towels!! What the hell!! I mentioned this to him and he reacted by threatening to put us out on the streets in the middle of the night! He mentioned that in MA, hotel proprietors can put guests out of the hotel with no explanation given!! My wife was so distraught over his reaction that she began crying. Our entire vacation was ruined. I am a DIAMOND SELECT member at BW and was never treated this way at any other BW location. There was another female guest checking in at the same time and he refused her entry to the hotel citing that she picked up for us and was rude to him! We travel a lot, all around the world, and have NEVER been treated this way. RAJ, YOU ARE NOT IN INDIA ANYMORE! This is America and you need to respect and treat women with respect and dignity. You made my wife and the other female guest cried and that was not nice. You are a coward and despicable person for treating women this way!!

1) At checkin I was told that "visitors" were not allowed. Are you kidding me? Aren't we all adults here? So my cousin who was staying in a different hotel for an event we were attending, couldn't come to my room to see me? Absolutely ridiculous. But my room was prepaid, so I couldn't change hotels. 2) The room smelled like pot when I walked in. There were a lot of workmen in the area, so guessing that they were smoking somewhere and it came in through the air system. It was gross.

I don’t think I’ve written a review for a one night stay but I was so impressed with this Best Western. My daughter had a soccer event at Union Point Complex 20 minutes away. Due to our schedule we didn’t arrive until 1:30 AM on a Friday night. The manager Raj was so kind, warm and friendly regardless of that brutal hour. I didn’t know the area and was worried about safety at that hour or that no one would be there when we arrived. He said he been working the night shift due to lack of staffing for 2 years. He asked us if we wanted water and told us about breakfast and that my daughter she will love the pancake maker that makes pancakes in 10 seconds (BTW….she said they were good). The next morning the breakfast staff was on top it. Fresh food and so accommodating. Best Westerns aren’t generally my first choice but this was a last minute one night trip. It was so clean and you could tell the manager takes pride in his property. I would absolutely stay here again. I hope he gets reliable night staff so he can get a good night sleep with his family. With two kids in competitive soccer for years we have stayed everywhere. This was by far the best customer service. I plan on calling corporate to rave about their manager.

Good breakfast & hotel was quiet not alot of noise even with the kids there

What was unique is we did an early(830am) check in for $50, which they said every hotel does. I've never had to pay at other hotels and I don't mind paying if the staff had to go and get it ready but the room was ready. We were in town for my cousin's funeral and my cousins were in their room waiting on us, we get in our room, told them our room number, they knocked on the door, I opened the door to let them in, the room phone rings, it was the lady at the front desk asking "is more people staying in your room?", not even a hello, this is the FD. i freak out because no other hotel does that, calling the room to confront them because relatives came over from another room to get their blessings from my mom. My cousin took offense to the situation because now she's thinking there's cameras in the room, she left our room to go and speak to the lady at the FD, which she apologized for making all of us uncomfortable. The only reason why my cousin stayed at Best Western is because that's where we booked our hotel. Other than that, it was good - hardly at the hotel because we were mostly at cousins house comforting family before funeral.
