Courtyard by Marriott Boston Dedham/Westwood

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for one night while we were there for a family party. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and updated. The bedding was very comfortable including the pillows. The shower was probably one of the best I've had at a hotel- great water pressure which is important to me. The night stay didn't include breakfast but there is a Starbucks in the lobby which offers coffee and breakfast items. At night the lobby was packed with guests enjoying drinks at the bar. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Convenient location just off I-95; easy parking; easy check-in; clean; bar service in the evening; very good breakfast service in the morning with Starbucks coffee and sit-down breakfast order service delivered to the table. Rooms are good sized; clean; have nice TV and bathroom amenities. It is located in a newer development with some very good restaurants, shopping, and Urgent Care right across the parking lot. There are some very nice walking areas in and around walkways on adjacent apartment complexes. And the local T rail and Amtrak are right there if you are travellling or need to get to Boston. My only complaint is the breakfast area needs more attention to cleaning the tables after each sitting. I found most tables dirty as I was sitting down for breakfast Overall, it's a great place for business, families, or leisure travel to the Boston suburbs

The room was nice. They had water for hot chocolate out in the morning, but not coffee. There was a Starbucks on site to buy some. The whole reason we switched to this hotel was for the pool. The pool and hot tub were great the 1st but closed our 2nd night because some guests complained about chlorine levels and they don't have maintenance available. This was extremely disappointing for my family.

Stayed from 7/3 - 7/5/20 we had four rooms for our entire family. The rooms were filthy, there was hair, coffee stain and pebbles on the floor. We found hair on the sheets and the towels they provided were old and very thin. Not a good experience. I understand we are in a difficult situation due to the pandemic but if they were not ready to re-open they shouldnt have done so.

Hotel was in good condition and the room was very nice and comfortable. We did not hear the train at all. Unfortunately, the people upstairs from us and two rooms across from us were extremely loud throughout the night. Upstairs there was a kid running around and screaming until 2am. Then, across the hall, people were yelling at each other in the hallway at 3am for 10 minutes. We have a 1 year old and it was hard to get him to sleep/keep him asleep with all this noise. The train was the least of our noise issues. We have a 1 year old too and it was hard to get him to sleep with
