Courtyard by Marriott Boston Norwood/Canton

The overall stay was above average. Liz at the front desk was great. A lot of my family stayed at the Courtyard Marriott. We attended a funeral. We all gathered at the Bistro one night and there was only one person working. She did her best but there was big delays on getting food and drinks. I would stay again through.

Our family guests said the rooms were nice but were disappointed with the drinks at the bar and lack of real breakfast food.

I had no issues with the service provided, lovely staff, hotel was nice, and quiet. I think the only thing I disliked was that breakfast was not included with the stay and the food available on site was a Starbucks station. Nothing against a nice strong cup of Joe however I was traveling with children so ordering breakfast from here was not the most efficient option.

Good value for money, pay to order breakfast is very tasty. Room is clean and spacious, comfortable bed. Location is good with various dining options nearby. The only problem is there are several kids during our stay that kept on running and playing along the corridor, quite noisy, but I guess we cannot blame the hotel for that.

We needed a place to stay because we were attending a BBQ a long ride from home, and we wanted to be able to get our young kids into bed without a long ride first late at night. The hotel was 10 min from the BBQ, so it was perfect. We pulled out the couch, and the kids loved having their own little suite area. We were around the corner in the kind bedroom. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and in a perfect location, and the stay was overall very nice. My only noted would be that the smoker's station in front of the hotel was billowing smoke, which was pretty gross to have to walk by to enter the hotel. We alerted the front desk staff, but 20 minutes later when we went back outside it was still smoking. Also, we forgot to place the "do not disturb" and the maid knocked 3x between 9 and 11am. I thought that was a bit much and finally placed the sign out after.

This is very nice hotel in quieter part of Norwood but closer several restaurants and necessities. We stayed here with family to go to Boston and Cambridge every day. Hotel has Starbucks and a DD nearby for your coffee. Norwood central is 10 min drive from the Hotel and one can park and take T to Boston south…hotel has a nice courtyard with fire pit to sit together and enjoy the evening with food and drink. The bar has good collection of wine and drinks…over all good place to stay to visit BOston area

I booked a king room online, got there they only had a double queen. Be careful to where your room is. If you’re facing the courtyard there’s a good chance you’ll have yelling kids running back and forth early in the morning. Overall was alright. Except for the room choice when I paid for a king.
