The agent Ria that helped us was extremely rude and nonchalant. Yes, i booked through a 3rd party but i believe I'm still entitled to a printout and explanation of charges. Second, there was a bar mitzvah and wedding at your property. Great, thanks for letting me know but i do not want a room right next to a family celebrating a bar mitzvah. When i came back to the desk and asked for a change of room again this agent Ria was rude. Didn't this hotel give you adequate training on how youre supposed to treat guests? So why are your agent Ria so damn rude? Unacceptable and would not stay at that property again.
