The stay was just ok, front desk check in went very nicely. But we noticed there were no linens or blankets for the pullout of a junior suite sofa sleeper, call3d and requested this and they never brought these to the room. The pull out couch was less then comfortable and had to split the bed sheets , pillows and blankets between the two.

We paid for parking and there were not parking spots available, especially at evening time. There were beer and alcohol bottles everywhere in the lot and the elevator smells with marijuana fumes and terrible for family with kids. There were a cement truck parked in the parking lot over night that took 4 spots and a bunch of construction vehicles parked without parking permit. Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed and not to mention fire alarm went off.

The location was very convenient, near the T and shops and Wollaston Beach nearby. Parking was convenient with even some covered spaces. Breakfast was very good and the two women working the breakfast were responsive to requests and very kind to our 5-year old grandson. We selected ‘pet friendly’ in our search filters as we had our 6-month old golden retriever puppy with us. We were SHOCKED to be charged $100 as a pet cleaning fee. We were told they have to do a ‘deep clean’ after a pet is in the room. I suspect this ‘deep clean’ simply involves washing all bedding and a twice-over with the vacuum and that the person doing the ‘deep clean’ receives no additional compensation. This seems to be an excessive fee! We felt we had no choice but to accept the fee as we had already traveled so far and had plans with family. Perhaps if Hotels.com had some type of ‘pop-up’ alert feature when people use a ‘pet friendly’ filter, we would have had the chance to consider another hotel.

The hospitality was horrible..had to call corporate. Didn’t like the fact that they charge guest for parking. That is ridiculous. The hotel is not located in the heart of the city where I can see a fee for parking is warranted. This hotel was located in the suburbs and there should be no fee for parking. I was not happy and they didn’t want to accommodate for the fact that they messed up my reservation and didn’t give me connecting or side by side rooms for me and my family. they were very rude about even making some accommodation for their mess up. Also my mothers room was not clean at all. She found hairs in the plastic coffee cups, and in the shower. She called down to front desk to have someone come clean it up and no one ever came to clean the room properly. They will never get my business again. Thankfully once I called corporate I received a phone call from the front desk manager still being evasive and rude as if I requested the call. My mother finally had to tell her to accommodate our inconvenience we wish not pay the parking fee which is $15 per night. The manager advised they could do that and would but when I asked the first time to do that they said they couldn’t do that and that they charge all their guest that fee. It wasn’t until we called the hotel’s corporate office that something was done. Hospitality are hotels #1 priority and making sure their guests are comfortable and pleased with their service. This was not the case here. Very unfortunate.

The staff was friendly, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the breakfast had many options. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We have family in Quincy, so have stayed at your facility before. Always comfortable&safe. My one request grab bars in shower.

Visiting family. Coming back in a few days. Here last summer. Will return. My husband&I are 70. We both have had joint replacements. No grab bar in shower. Nice shower, but strongly recommend grab bars

The hotel was a great place for our family weekend. Close access to the T that took us 20 minutes to get to downtown Boston was a big plus. Rooms were very clean and modern looking & spacious bathroom.
