It was clean and efficient… our family spent the day in Boston and I was dropped off after dinner to catch a 7am flight the next morning. The shuttle was efficient and helpful at 4am to get me & my kids over to Logan with plenty of time to get to checked in & to our gate.

Shuttle to the airport doesn't run the whole day which they messaged after I could make any changes in the reservation. The shower was very inconvenient, I couldn't wash my baby without taking shower myself. They brought a playpen for the baby but no crib sheet. I was very disappointed in this Hampton hotel.

From communication before my arrival to the shuttle back to the airport, my experience was really great! The bed was so comfortable. The room had all the necessary amenities and the breakfast was very satisfying. I will be returning to this hotel the next time I come to Boston, which is often as I have family here.

From the start that I walked into the doors it was amazing! Yes, the comments about the loading dock are true but not to be exaggerated as they’ve been. I heard them, figured it was that and kept on sleeping, same with my partner. We loved this place so much that we extended our stay. I came down to be with family and the room felt like a piece of our home. It was very specious, clean everything from bathroom to floor and beds. The breakfast bar was amazing! I had to push myself to wake up to go but it was worth it! Honestly everything was enjoyable

The reason for the stay was my grandson was having surgery at bostons childrens hospital ...So i figured instead of the hour + drive with traffic i would get a hotel within a half hour drive...this worked out perfect ,the hotel was very clean the room was very nice and everything that was with it ...comfy bed ,shower and bathroom was nice as well def give it a thumbs up except for being charged for parking....dont get how i rent a room from here with there own parkingclot but your charged for being on there premises ....this should be free parking

My 4 kids (ages 11 through 16) stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed how close the bus to everything was..(across two parking lots) We took it to the airport for one adult fare, kids always free with adult fare. Took a quick train to downtown Boston, which is a very short ride. The free breakfast in the morning had a lot more options that your typical muffins and bagels, etc, which we all enjoyed. The staff was very helpful with our questions. The room was clean and nice, too. Around the corner and down a few blocks is a nice state park that goes along Mystic River. Was a nice area to spend a little time before our plane home. The grocery store across the street plus the restaurants were handy, too!
