Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport

The junior suite room was very spacious

Because Our daughter and grandkids live in the Netherlands we are constantly flying from the West Coast. We find that a great way to Combat the jet lag is to break the trip with an overnight in Boston. The Hilton Garden Inn provides a welcome and inviting oasis in the long journey.

The hotel is very convenient and the shuttle to the airport is great. But our experience with breakfast ruined our stay. We were a family of 5 including 2 little kids. We waited for 20 minutes to be seated and in the end gave up and left, as we had timed tickets at the Aquarium. There were empty tables but we were told we couldn't have one because someone in a nearby table had a dog. We were told "we need to clear a table" and we offered to split our party to 2 smaller groups, but 2 other groups were seated ahead of us. We spoke to a gentleman who seemed to be a manager - no help. We had to go to the Aquarium without having had anything to eat or drink. Very disappointed in the lack of management.

We had a great stay it was only one night . The staff was nice. The food in the restaurant was great , the tomatoe soup was great. I will return next year. Thanks Val and family

Good hotel. Toya was extremely helpful in getting us checked in after our redeye flight. Helped us book an early room and keep us in one room for the entire stay. We were REALLY appreciative of her help on that especially after a long flight overnight with my young kid.

The price was great and it was close to the T (subway). The staff was excellent. Alan was very accommodating. We arrived early, he made it a priority to make sure we got a room asap. The pool was clean, nice and refreshing. Our kids enjoyed it. Also the airport shuttle was very quick and free. Saved a lot of money using the public transportation to get Downtown and Harvard University.

We stayed in this property while visiting for my son's college tour in spring of 2023. We wanted a reasonably priced accommodation closer to the airport with shuttle service. The shuttle service was amazing and the drivers were very kind and caring. The day we wanted to rent a car, shuttle dropped us to the rental location and picked us in the evening. Room itself was very clean and newly designed and comfortable. We had to request room housekeeping service for the days we wanted. Hotel lobby has a bar and the staff is friendly. Shower was clean and water pressure was excellent. There was a Kurig machine in the room that brewed tea and coffee. Curtain closed properly to eliminate outside light, windows blocked outside noise for a comfortable sleep. There was free coffee available in the lobby in the morning which is nice. TV did not have Netflix on it which I guess was good because it allowed us to interact with each other as family.

Stephen was very helpful and friendly. We had an overnight layover and this was the perfect place to stay with kids. The room was great and the location was perfect.

housekeeping hadn’t emptied the trash from guest before me and it smelled horrible. rotten food. the pool was okay but other guest weren’t watching there children in it and nothing could be done about it
