Very clean, pleasant and comfortable. Simone the manager was gracious, accommodating and very generous. When she heard we were staying the night for my sons birthday (who loves the continental breakfast) she gave us a voucher for a family breakfast! It was wonderful. Highly recommend!

As a family we enjoyed our stay!!! Very clean, great food at the restaurant/pub, we enjoyed the beds and spacious bathroom. Close to the transit that we walked, close to stores for anything we needed or forgot. Pool was relaxing and nocey

The grandkids were disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. The staff are very friendly and the hot breakfast was very good.

Staff was great facilities were good . I didnt like the fact that when we got the much to our surprise We had to pay an extra 20.00 for parking . My assumption Is the rent out the lot to one nighters thst need weeks parking for the airport . We have stayed there in The past . And will need to many more times For family reasons . Unfortunately next visit we will have to book our 2- 3 rooms another area that doesnt cater to logan airport.

I got to the hotel with my toddler and the women at the desk could not have been more disinterested. She gave us the wrong room number, which made us disturb another guest late at night, all while dragging my exhausted 2 year old and multiple bags around. The manager was apologetic, but not until after I said something. Once we got to our room all of our drains didn’t work and water got backed up in both the sink and the shower. I told the front desk, but they said their maintenance people were busy working on the pool, which was closed. The train went by starting around 4am every 20ish minutes, so it was not very kid friendly sleep wise. I felt there were a lot of fees that were not well advertised, such as $20/night parking and $14 continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but overall was a disappointing stay.

The pool was closed because a railing part was in need of repair. I was very disappointed because I brought my swimsuit specifically to share pool time with my grandchildren, whom I only see 2-3 times a year.

Very unhappy about parking fee, $20 for overnight. Also unhappy that the room key was automatically de-activated before check-out time so no access to gym, etc. before leaving without additional contact with front desk. Finally, biggest issue was loud noise on floor (4th) we stayed at. Some families decided to use the hallway for loud conversations and time-outs for their children between the hours of 10 pm and 4 am !!!! We literally decided against calling the front desk, afraid we could not fall asleep again. I know, it is our own fault.

I've never stayed somewhere that was so false on its hotels.com description. Westayed from a Friday to Sunday. To start it says "card on file for incidentals" but really means "$150 deposit." While the front desk staff checking you in treats you like a burden. A deposit that will be returned in "3-5 days." It says "free bottled water" but doesn't include "only for high diamond members." When we got there the fridge was turned off. We turned it on, put our own water in it, and left for dinner. When I got back to the room with leftovers, i discover that it just doesn't work. I checked to make sure it was plugged in and that the power strip was on. Both things true. I called the front desk who said they'd send up maintenance. Maintenance came up and when I said I'd checked the above, he had no idea but to look for a spare. 15 minutes later the front desk called saying "the only thing" they could do was move us to a different room that adjoined someone else. Because apparently it's easier for us to pack up again and move, then to move a mini fridge from room to room. I declined and the staff on the phone had a rude manner the whole conversation. I will say the Saturday evening staff were wonderful and polite. But Sunday morning checkout staff was back to being rude. Also the description says "sound proof" and that was not true. I heard people in the hall, children crying in another room, and the planes and traffic outside. The beds were comfy there were a lot of USB spots

Disappointed that it was not possible to get a roll away bed for child, but the long-term parking was great with the airport shuttle
