Encore Boston Harbor

The 2 bedroom apartment was amazing, especially since we were celebrating with a few family members all staying at the same property.

Gray place to stay. NOT for kids

I absolutely love staying at this hotel and have done so many times in the past. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the cleanest hotel I’ve been to in the world and I am well traveled. The grounds and the rooms are meticulous and very spacious!! I deducted stars because of several reasons. In the past they used to have robes in the room which they no longer provide so when I wanted to go to the spa, I had nothing to wear to get there. Secondly, as a VIP Expedia member I used to be afforded late check out and that was not honored, I ended up paying an extra $100 for late check out. Also as a VIP member, I used to get free upgrades which was also not honored even though the hotel was not fully occupied and there were available rooms. Also, my husband called concierge to request a refill to our snack bar and we were told that a mandatory gratuity and service fee would be added to the ONE bag of cookies we requested. Overall, the staff, workers and cleaners are wonderful and I would stay here again but I’m just not sure why all these changes in the last few months. One more thing, during the lunch hour, all the restaurants downstairs were closed, not one open place to eat other than upstairs - dining options limited especially since my 5 year old son can’t enter the RARE restaurant. I really wish they had more activities for kids like a club or a pool - hopeful wishing

Wonderful property with great luxury and class. Casino kicks ass over baby casino’s I’ve been in at Vegas. Very accommodating room with everything I needed and a wonderful view. Fantastic service and did I mention, casino and restaurants.

Free room upgrade and other perks for being a VIP Expedia member! This hotel is beautifully breathtaking!!! I love coming here with my family.

Encore is my favorite hotel, Rooms are high tech, spacious and clean, customer service is top-notch. I have always had a good time staying here. Will always recommend to family and friends. Its worth paying the extra $$, you will be pleased.See you soon :)

It a must stay there either for couple family or for the casino and the view there is amazing. The staff takes really good care of you there from room service to the restaurant it was one of my good experiences.

Our trip was amazing! The hotel and staff were amazing. The garden room restaurant overheard us wishing each other Happy Anniversary and brought us a desert at breakfast that was super nice. The evening restaurant already new it was out anniversary and did the same! Making it very special. However, the Italian restaurant was the worst Italian food we have every eaten and then the next night I had family come to visit and we went the the Night Owl restaurant because it came across our tablet in the room free appetitizer. I told the server that one of our appetitizers the crab and artichoke dip was free the ($23) and our room number 1222. She said okay we were busy talking I didn't pay attention (my fault) but when we got back to the room my husband said why was dinner over $300???? We literally got 3 hamburgers, 5 drinks and 2 appetizers one should have been free. I looked at the receipt and it was not taken off. You shouldn't have to go thru your receipt when paying. Overall our stay was amazing. I just recommend eating off site if possible.

There are no words to describe this property other than 5 Star. My room was clean, well stocked, staff were friendly, and there was never once that I thought “this would be better if.” I cannot wait to return and I have already spoken to friends and family about the investment in this amazing facility for a stay.
