We loved this hotel. We had a room on top floor (8th) and a great , beautiful view of all the city lights. You could walk easily to freedom trail, harbor , duck boat tour, Faneuil hall is across the street , very convenient to everything. 7min walking to get to Paul revere’s house and the North End dining . I got up and walked to harbor to watch sunrise. It’s about 1 block. I had read other reviews complaining of no coffee pot. I ordered a travel on Amazon for $20 and was best money I ever spent. Saved me loads of money with all 4 of us drinking morning coffee.was able to pack it in my carryon. Came with coffee pods. Room was big enough for twin air mattress beside my bed so my kids didn’t have to sleep together . It was a great alternative since no roll aways . The front desk was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Good AC & fan. Classy room . Mini fridge was handy as we bought some drinks at 7-eleven which is about 10 steps from front door and kept them cold there as well as snacks. Subway station right outside door. But we only used it twice because every thing is so close for walking.

We loved staying at this hotel. It’s very close to all the Salem attractions. The area is so walkable. We didn’t get a car and only Ubered 2 times our whole stay.
We used the heated pool both days of our stay. It was clean and warm and lovely.
The included breakfast was great for most people - waffles, cereal and eggs/sausage. They do NOT have allergy friendly options so it is hard to find a real meal for people allergic to gluten and dairy.
Overall it’s a great family-friendly option for a fun weekend in Salem.

Very cozy hotel, not like the grand hotels nearby, but equally clean, and very well-located. A lot of options for restaurants, bars and cafes. We are traveling with kids, and they are also very family-friendly. If we go to Boston, we will definitely stay there again.

We loved the location of this hotel and its quirky boutique feel. Our kids loved the lollies at the front desk and being able to walk across the street to the Aquarium - or to hop on the subway at the entrance. It was super quiet for sleeping - always a bonus and the artsy feel brought us comfort that we weren't at a big faceless hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
