We booked a room with 2 queens and were told they didn’t have a room for us. They gave us a King with a child-size rollaway bed but would not change the fee we originally paid for the room. The male staff member when we checked in was extremely rude to us and did nothing to accommodate us. He was overheard talking about us and was repeating over and over “people have to learn NO!” Then to make matters worse he made sexually inappropriate comments to my daughter. The service when we checked in was beyond horrible. When we checked out, 2 new people were at the desk and were extremely professional and a delight to work with.

Really great Love Pet Friendly, amazing stuff, cleaning stuff was on top of our room every day. I highly recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. I came over to stay because was running Boston marathon and will suggest to offer a discount to runners as a future reference because most hotels does it! (Will come back next year for same dates definitely!) 👍👍👍

King suite was lovely, staff were great. Bed was comfortable. I wish there was a coffee maker in the room. Parking is expensive - wish we knew they didn't have an EV charger (non-Tesla) onsite. We ended up leaving valet and finding a garage a couple blocks over that was cheaper and offered free charging. But otherwise, the location was great for a weekend getaway without the kids!

Hotel is in great location. Easy to walk everywhere from here. Rooms are large comfortable. They offered coffee and a little happy hour. We liked it for our family of 4 we had 3 nights in Boston was perfect!

I loved how it was in the center of everything! Along with the friendly staff that makes Kimpton Nine Zero a pleasure to stay in. Some of the things in my room weren't function such as the light source in the room. Tough to stay on top of everything with an abundance of rooms but none the less I would recommend to all family and friends!

A lovely property with no issues and the staff was very helpful! They took the time to help with a family picture and were friendly throughout. Other hotels in the area had elevator outages, these were perfect and were rarely full. The bar/restaurant was nice as well. A little pricy and worth it!

Although the room itself was nice, this supposed luxury hotel did not have room service, bar service, a laundry service or ability to book a taxi for us to the airport. We were wrongly directed (with our baby) to the restaurant on the third floor while it was still closed at circa 5pm. The housekeeping service was good, as was the porter and chap who set up a baby crib for us. Atricious value for the money we paid. Do not stay here if you want any kind of hotel service beyond the room, and definitely do not stay here with children.
